Welcome

I started Law Office of James R. Lowe in August 2020 after 35 years of practicing law.  I joined Frisch Dudek after 5 years with Arthur Andersen & Co.  Frisch Dudek became Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek which later combined with Husch Blackwell.  My practice will continue to assist and advise businesses and individuals on business and tax law matters.

My experience in business law focuses on representing all types of businesses in a variety of transactions involving ownership transfers, recapitalizations, refinancings, buy-sell agreements, employment agreements and other contractual matters.

With regards to the taxation side of my practice, I help client structure transactions from a tax-effective standpoint. I also have experience representing clients in tax audits and tax appeals at the federal and state levels.  

I am a certificated public accountant (CPA) which allows me to better assist corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts and individuals with their tax and financial issues.
