Covid-19 has changed the world and the legal profession.  Attorneys at all firms, big and small are working remotely.  That presents a challenge when working on deals or other legal projects that may require other attorneys with special expertise.  Gone are the days of walking down the hall to find those attorneys.  Now it is a an email setting up a time to talk, by phone or Zoom.  I can do that as well as any other attorney, but I have the flexibility, if necessary, of choosing those other attorneys from various firms.  Some I may have worked with at my prior law firm and some I may have gone up against on other transactions.  I am not restricted to only using attorneys from only one firm, but instead will use the best attorneys I know to work on your deal or project.  You will also have me quarterbacking the project to make sure it is completed professionally and efficiently.
